This elegant combination of French and Thai cuisines has met with great success in London, New York, and Hong Kong, and the Chicago branch promises to be just as successful. The elegant dining room is a spectacle unto itself with clean lines, neutral colors, and sheer panels. Sautéed foie gras is perfect with warm mango and ginger, and crab spring rolls are light and delicate. Main dishes include monkfish or duck breast with sesame. A perfect meal from start to finish.
